We are delighted to announce that Nick Neale, Managing Director of Sussex builders’ merchants and electrical wholesalers Gardner and Scardifield has joined our board of trustees.

With his extensive business experience, and as an active member of the local business community, Nick will be a great asset to the board. The family firm recently celebrated 100 years in business. His status as a widely-recognised business leader was recognised by his Lifetime Achievement award at the 2022 Worthing and Adur Business Awards.

Gardner and Scardifield are not only Ropetackle sponsors and a much-loved Lancing-based business, however! They have also become well-known to our comedy audiences, due to being featured regularly in the repartee of Barnstormer Comedy Club host, Kevin Precious! A dubious honour perhaps…but one that Nick thoroughly welcomes!
