Ropetackle is open to everyone!
We are continually working hard to make our venue as accessible and inclusive as possible.
- The foyer and auditorium have flat, step-free access throughout.
- The mezzanine room is accessible via a lift.
- The box office desk and foyer bar have lowered counters.
- There is a fully accessible toilet.
The nearest drop-off point is directly outside the venue in Little High Street, where there are two disabled parking bays. The route to the entrance is paved and flat.
If you would like to discuss any access requirements before your visit, please contact the Box Office on 01273 464440 or email email@example.com
Our staff and volunteers are here to help – please ask if you require assistance during your visit.
All of our venue spaces are wheelchair accessible, including the mezzanine room, which is accessible via a lift.
Seats in the auditorium are removable, so we can accommodate wheelchairs throughout. To ensure easy access, we reserve wheelchair spaces on aisles.
If you require an essential carer or personal assistant to attend a show, please contact the Box Office on 01273 464440.
If you require hearing assistance, we have eight Sennheiser over ear headphones available to enhance and amplify the audio at our events.
Registered assistance dogs are welcome. If you are bringing an assistance dog, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you.
We have a programme of relaxed and dementia friendly film screenings. These screenings are laid out with tables and chairs, feature an interval with complimentary tea and biscuits, feature subtitles, and have dim lighting throughout.
We are always looking to improve and expand the accessibility of our programme.
