Film Club

Ropetackle Film Club Shoreham Movies Cinema

As well as the popular Ropetackle Cinema films, which are open to all, Ropetackle Film Club is an affordable and enjoyable cinema experience right on your doorstep for members only. We offer members 10 free films from all genres (with at least one bonus film per year) for an annual fee of just £30. As a member, you are also entitled to bring a guest to any of the films for an extra £5. We have a huge cinema screen, true surround-sound and earphones for those who don’t hear so well.

Films are screened at 7.30pm on the second Thursday of each month from September to June. Feel free to arrive early to meet and chat with fellow film lovers and committee members in the convivial atmosphere that always precedes our films. There is usually a delicious pre-film supper from Lesley’s Kitchen available (please see the film page in What’s On for menu). The bar is always open, and you may take your drink into the auditorium.

You will be made very welcome!

“I love the variety on offer and the opportunity to see films I never saw first time round and that I may not have considered in the first place but really enjoyed.” ~ Film Club Member
