We are reopening on Monday 17th May!

The Box Office will be open Monday to Saturday inclusive from 10am to 4pm if you would like to pop in and book tickets.

Please note our café remains closed for the time being. Our summer events calendar kicks off on Thursday 20th May.

Under the latest government road-map guidelines, all events will follow COVID-19 social-distancing guidelines until June 21st. This means we cannot accept bookings for parties of 6 or more at present, and we will ask for the contact details of everyone in your party at the time of booking.

Ropetackle was able to open last summer and most of the autumn, so we have had experience of operating within “the new normal” and will look after you.

Here is a recap of what to expect:

• On entering the Centre, we will ask you to scan the QR code at the entrance for track and trace purposes and wear a mask or face-shield (unless you are medically exempt) at all times (except when eating or drinking.)
• To minimise handling, we are no longer printing tickets or accepting cash at our Box Office or at the bar. Please ensure you have a payment card with you.
• A one-way system remains in place to avoid congestion, and you will be served your drinks at your seat.
