Brand Director Kirsty Goring will pour a selection of exceptional wines while weaving the remarkable story behind them — from the Roman roots of viticulture on the South Downs, to the Goring family’s first vineyard planted at the urging of Kirsty’s South African mother-in-law, Pip, longing for a taste of home. The journey culminates in a winery whose cuvées have been served at the King’s State Banquet.

Alongside this, Richard Goring will explore what true sustainability means on a family-run farming estate, sharing insights into the powerful, ever-evolving relationship between people and the natural landscape.
