A six-week course exploring comic physical theatre, led by award-winning director and international performer Chris Cresswell.

Through movement, rhythm, and visual storytelling, participants will develop bold physical characters, sharpen comic timing, and discover how the body can drive humour on stage.
Suitable for performers looking to expand their physical and comedic range or for participants with some drama experience.
Chris is founder and director of Theatre of Play, and an advanced training programme for physical and devised performance. He is the Director of the School of Clowns at Theatre Royal Brighton and an Associate Lecturer at the University of Chichester.
With over 30 years' international experience, including leading workshops in Berlin and New York, his practice spans circus, cabaret, film and television, with a focus on play, comedy, and the body. He holds and MA in Theatre Games and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
