Following intimate performances in California, Gillespie and acclaimed guitarist Chris Montague recorded a stripped-back duo album inspired by the landscapes of Scotland. Their music combines Gillespie’s powerful storytelling and poetic lyricism with Montague’s inventive guitar work, creating songs that are both tender and explosive.
