Especially for over 50s join us every Wednesday 10.30-11.30am. Stretch and strengthen your body with gentle yoga. Learn to calm your mind. Yoga helps us to stay young, healthy and feel good. Great to relieve neck/ shoulder/ back pain and to maintain suppleness in the joints. Aoife, pronounced Eefa, the teacher has over 10 years experience and 17 years personal practice.

Richard Durrant’s Ukulele Circuit Training & Ukulele Ground Zero

Two workshops run by Richard Durrant – ukulele virtuoso, composer and sometime Producer of The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain.

Every Wednesday from 16th January to 20th February 2019

Ukulele Ground Zero

A six week introduction to uke playing for complete beginners. The most informative and complete way to start your ukulele adventures.

Suitable for teenagers upwards

Ukulele Circuit Training

If your ukulele playing has plateaued, or you’re not sure which direction to take, then this immensely enjoyable and popular musical workout is the perfect solution.

Learn new ukulele techniques whilst developing a deeper more instinctive understanding of chords, notes and songs.  A friendly but exhilarating session of musical keep-fit designed to bring you closer to your inner uke.

In these workshops you will be working an a new piece to be premiered at the Ropetackle Arts Centre on Wednesday 27th February

Suitable for mixed ability players ages 12 to 112.
