How to book

Online: you can book online 24/7; simply click on the event you are interested in.

Telephone: you can book over the phone by calling 01273 464440 during opening hours.

In person: you can book in person during opening hours.

Seating

All our events are unreserved seating unless specifically stated otherwise. The centre opens an hour before the start of a performance, and doors usually open between 15-30 minutes before the show. We recommend arriving at least half an hour before the start of a show.

Reservations: Groups of 6 or more people will be seated together at the time of booking. If you have any special access or seating requirements, please let us know ahead of the show so we can accommodate your needs. If you are a Gold Patron, you can reserve up to 4 seats at the time of booking. If you are a Silver Patron, you can reserve up to 2 seats at the time of booking.

Fees: There is a £1 booking fee for tickets booked online and over the phone. Booking fees are capped at £5 so if you buy five tickets or more, you will only incur a £5 charge.

Post/Collect: there is a £1 charge for postage and tickets are posted out 2nd class on the next working day. If the event taking place within 8 days of booking, tickets will automatically be held for collection. You may also choose to collect your tickets, and this can be done at any time prior to the event, or on the night if you wish.

Refunds/Returns: all tickets purchased from Ropetackle Arts Centre are non-refundable and non-returnable unless your event is cancelled. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

 Vouchers: Gift vouchers can be redeemed over the telephone and in person at the Box Office only.

Complimentary tickets

The following people may be entitled to a free ticket (subject to availability.) These must be arranged in advance by emailing boxoffice@ropetacklecentre.co.uk
