Ropetackle is open to everyone!

Here is some information to assist you with your access choices.

Ropetackle is a member of the South East Access Forum and is working hard to make the venue as accessible as possible.

Ropetackle is working with Attitude is Everything to engage with their charter of access.

Booking: If you would like assistance with your booking you can come in to the box office or call the direct number 01273 464440.

Our staff and team of volunteers are here to help you – please ask if you need assistance.

Wheelchairs – Most seats in the auditorium are removable so wheelchairs can be placed throughout. It’s helpful if you can let us know the approximate size of the wheelchair in advance.

The Box Office, Café and Bar have lowered counters.

The nearest drop-off point is directly outside the venue. There are 2 x disabled parking bays available to the public. The route is paved with flat access.

Ropetackle has flat access throughout the café and theatre.

The Mezzanine room is accessible via a lift.

There is a fully accessible toilet in the cafe.

Ropetackle offers a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant should you require one in order to attend. These tickets are bookable via the box office only. Please get in touch to book.

There are 8 x Sennheiser induction loop units available to enhance the audio for our Film programme.
