Help support Ropetackle Arts Centre with a regular donation, and enjoy a wide range of benefits.

Ropetackle is a registered charity (no. 1109381) working for the benefit of the community, but we receive no core funding to cover our operating costs. Our remit is wide and aims to be as inclusive as possible, but to keep going in these increasingly challenging times, we need sustainable financial support.

From relaxed and dementia-friendly films afternoons, to toddler films and interactive story times, free live music in the foyer on Saturday afternoons, and pre-show suppers, as well as rehearsal space and workshops, Ropetackle is proud to be an open and accessible arts venue to be enjoyed by all.

Benefits

Priority Booking – All Patrons and Friends will receive priority booking on selected events, if they have consented to be contacted by email.

Reserved Seats – Patrons can relax and avoid the queue, knowing that the best seats available will have been reserved in their name.

Reserved seats for Patrons will be allocated in the date order that tickets were booked. (i.e. first to book will be seated on the first row of the price band selected.)

Patrons won’t be able to select specific seats. Reserved seats may be re-allocated if not taken up 10 minutes before the start of the show to minimise disruption during a performance. Reservation of seats is subject to availability and Patrons will not be able to reserve seats for ‘all-standing’ events.

Current Friends Scheme

Existing Friends will continue with all the benefits they signed up to until their current card expires. Show discounts and the Joint Friends option will no longer be offered after that date – all Friends will be Individual Friends and asked to donate £2 a month or £20 a year.

Existing Friends will be sent a renewal letter, when current cards expire, requesting they to donate via our new scheme. Please note: Friends who currently donate with a standing order will need to cancel that with their bank.
