Tackle The Issues

Tackle The Issues returns to Ropetackle for another Question Time inspired evening featuring Simon Fanshawe, Lord Bassam, Sue Dare, Lisa Rodrigues, and Tim Loughton MP.

This is your chance to ask a panel of local politicians, commentators, and experts the questions that matter to you. The panel will comprise:

  • Simon Fanshawe (Writer, broadcaster, former chair of the University of Sussex Council)
  • Lord Bassam (Privy Counsellor, former Government Minister, and Opposition Chief Whip in the House of Lords)
  • Sue Dare (Principal of Northbrook College and former director of the Learning & Skills Council)
  • Lisa Rodrigues (Writer and anti-stigma campaigner, and recently retired Chief Executive of Sussex Partnerships NHS Trust)

In the chair will be Tim Loughton MP (Conservative MP for Shoreham and East Worthing, former Minister for Children & Families).

Members of the audience are invited to put their questions to the panel – current affairs, the human condition, the state of the world – the wider the range of questions the better. If you would like to ask a question please email it in advance to admin@ropetacklecentre.co.uk or bring it (in writing) on the night.
