Summer Film: The Graduate

Tuesday 17th July 2018 - Starts 7:30pm

Richard Durrant, Ropetackle Film Club’s patron, presents his annual film of choice.

The Graduate released in 1967 and starring Dustin Hoffman came to be seen as the first ‘serious’ movie targeted at baby boomers. Mike Nichols’ use of old and new Simon and Garfunkel songs created a legendary soundtrack that is ingrained in popular culture.

Richard will introduce the film with guitar in hand.
