Dynamic rock/blues band Red Butler is fast making a name for itself across Britain and Europe. Audiences instantly tap into the fire and passion generated by the young band from Brighton. Thrilling both long-time blues/rock fans as well as younger audiences, Red Butler combine influences from Stevie Ray Vaughan to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters to Royal Blood.
The power and sensitivity of their music has seen Red Butler win numerous awards and receive critical acclaim. Despite an average age of just 24, the band have a wealth of experience that makes for an electrifying live show. Touring with an extended line-up, don’t miss them light up the Ropetackle stage.
A new year and a new Red Butler.
The band have recently announced a ‘situation vacant’ for a new lead singer, after the mutual decision to change the current line-up. They pay tribute to Jane Pearce’s sterling work with them, and wish her well in future endeavours.
In the meantime, during the search for a permanent singer, rhythm guitarist Dan Spellman will take on the lead vocal duties. The band want to thank their friends, fans and followers for their continued support: “We can promise you that 2017 is gonna be one hell of a year for Red Butler. Onwards and upwards!”
