Get involved with this fun photography project using beach materials.
Join Photoworks, a Brighton-based national arts charity, and pupils from West Sussex schools for some inspiring photography workshops. Take part in a series of free, drop-in family-friendly photography workshops at Ropetackle, supported by undergraduates from the University of Brighton and inspired by beach cleaning projects.
Students from Shoreham Academy, Sir Robert Woodard Academy, Steyning Grammar School, Worthing High School, and Davison High School have been exploring marine pollution on our coastline and learning why urgent changes are needed to protect our oceans and coastlines from plastic pollution, supported by Photoworks, the Marine Conservation Society and a range of photographers and scientists.
Their work will be on show during the day for all to enjoy. www.photoworks.org.uk
Funded by Rampion through the Sussex Community Foundation.
