Kate’s Kitchen Band play music that will get you dancing! They believe in giving the audience a good time. And the ‘caller’ teaches all dances, so no prior knowledge is needed. For this show, the caller will be Tony Dunn, a veteran of ceilidh calling and well known in dance circles. And we only pick the best!

Kate’s Kitchen Band are at the fun end of the spectrum with a line-up as eclectic as it is varied, from top end piccolo to acoustic double bass for that deep-in-the-belly underpinning. In between are melodeons (button accordion), fiddles, percussion, guitar and mandolin.

Their musical heritage comes from early English, traditional dance, Morris and Celtic, a foot-tapping mixture of sounds from start to finish. So get down to your English roots and dance the night away.
