Chrissie on Box Office

Our Box Office is open from Monday – Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm.

Tickets for our shows can be booked online, over the phone or in person.

Tel: 01273 464440

Fees: All bookings made online or over the phone incur a £1 booking fee per ticket. This covers the cost of running our Box Office and payment card systems. The fee is capped at £5, so if you book six or more tickets, you will never be charged more than £5 in booking fees.

Post/Collect: There is a £1 charge for postage. For events taking place within 8 days of booking, tickets will automatically be held for collection on the door. Postage is non- refundable. If you prefer to pick up the tickets in person, this can be done at any time prior to the event, or on the night of the show.

Refunds/Returns: All tickets purchased from Ropetackle Arts Centre are non-refundable and non-returnable unless your event is cancelled. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Carers’ Tickets: We offer a limited number of free tickets for registered carers accompanying people with disabilities. If a carer ticket is required, please book over the telephone (01273 464440) or in person and we will allocate you appropriate seats. Please note that for all-standing events, seating is limited to a single row along the edge of the auditorium.

Special Requirements: If you have a disability that we need to cater for, you are in a wheelchair, or you have any mobility issues, please do call us in advance so we can make sure you are comfortable at the event.

Gift Vouchers: We sell gift vouchers for any amount (in multiples of £5) which can be redeemed over the telephone and in person.

How to Book

Online: you can book online 24/7. Please visit our What’s On page for all our shows.

By telephone: you can book over the phone by calling 01273 464440 during opening hours.

In person: you can also book in person during opening hours, plus an hour before a performance.

Seating/Access

All our events are unreserved seating, unless otherwise stated. The centre opens an hour before the start of a performance, and doors will open from 15-30 minutes before a performance (this will vary). We recommend arriving at least half an hour before the start of a show.

Reservations: for groups of 6+, we will automatically allocate you seats together. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will accommodate your needs. Any reservations can only be held until 15 minutes before the start of a performance, so please arrive promptly.
