Please note: this screening was originally due for Tuesday 15th October, but is now on Tuesday 12th November, 7pm.

Award-winning arts documentary maker Phil Grabsky’s ground-breaking project to connect major exhibitions from across the world with over 200,000 people in cinemas come to Ropetackle. This year, Norway celebrates the 150th anniversary of the birth of Edvard Munch. Already hailed as a once-in-a-lifetime show global interest is huge, especially after one of his four The Scream paintings recently sold for a record $120 million. Our film will be the ideal way to experience the show – if you can’t get there in person – and will provide a detailed biography of the man behind The Scream.

A talk and Q&A session by Phil Grabsky will accompany the screening.
