An Evening With Ben Waters

Ben Waters

Described by Jools Holland as one of his favourite piano players of all time, Ben has had a remarkable apprenticeship working with many of rock ‘n’ roll’s legends including Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more. He injects rib-tickling humorous numbers and original compositions into his solo performances which contrast with his piano instrumentals and raunchy rock ‘n’ roll songs.

An outstanding musician and a whirlwind performer, Ben plays some of the greatest boogie woogie and rock ‘n’ roll piano you’ll ever hear. Traveling the world for over 20 years, Ben’s reputation as an internationally acclaimed musician was learned the hard way – playing in every imaginable type of venue from the bottom of whisky vats to the Royal Albert Hall. Add to that the Royal Festival Hall where he and his band were chosen by Ray Davies to perform at his Meltdown Festival as one of only 12 bands.
