How To Book
Online: you can book online 24/7, please visit What’s On.
By telephone: you can book over the phone by calling 01273 464440 during opening hours.
In person: you can also book in person during opening hours, plus an hour before a performance.
All our events are unreserved seating unless specifically stated otherwise. Seating works on a first come, first served basis, this means arriving early and queuing will not necessarily guarantee you a better seat. The centre opens an hour before the start of a performance, and doors will open from 15-30 minutes before a performance (this will vary). We recommend arriving at least half an hour before the start of a show.
Reservations: for groups of 6+ we will automatically allocate you seats together. If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will accommodate your needs. Please note however, that any reservations made will only be held until 15 minutes before the start of a performance, so please do arrive promptly.
Fees: for bookings made over the telephone and online there is a £1 booking fee per ticket, capped at £5. This means if you were to book over five tickets, you would still only be charged a £5 booking fee. The reason we charge these fees is to cover the operation of our booking system, without which we could not run. There are no booking fees when purchasing tickets in person.
Post/Collect: there is a £1 charge for postage, however for events taking place within 8 days of booking, tickets will automatically be held for collection. Postage is non refundable. You may also choose to collect your tickets, and this can be done at any time prior to the event, or on the night if you wish.
Refunds/Returns: all tickets purchased from Ropetackle Arts Centre are non-refundable and non-returnable unless your event is cancelled, please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
We offer a limited number of free carer tickets to accompany disabled persons. If a carer ticket is required please book over the telephone (01273 464440) or in person and we will allocate you appropriate seats. For all standing concerts seating is limited to a single row along the edge of the auditorium.
